What's new in CPP Poland

For the past 4 years, our company has been running the "IDEA FOUNDRY" program, which collects and transforms creative ideas from employees into real improvements and savings. Thanks to the submissions from employees, we continuously optimize processes, increase efficiency, and introduce innovations. For us, ideas are the driving force of innovation, which is crucial as it allows us to maintain high precision while production steadily rises. We grow by realizing one idea after another, and each one matters. The program also brings tangible benefits to employees by appreciating their creativity and engagement. Selected proposals receive attractive annual, quarterly, and campaign rewards, such as for a master team, as well as unique statuettes and Foundry t-shirts. We also care for the development of our Foundry members by organizing workshops, including Kaizen. As part of the Program, we regularly organize campaigns promoting creativity and inspiring action. Currently, as part of the campaign "Make Room for Efficiency," we are counting on ideas for the best use of space.
